Yes. We provide secure online therapy (telehealth) for clients in Texas, Colorado, Wisconsin, Michigan, Florida and Louisiana, using a HIPAA-compliant platform.

Your first session is a time to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and discuss your goals. We will also review consent, confidentiality, and answer any questions you may have. There is no pressure, just conversation and connection.

Appointments are scheduled through our secure client portal, where you can view availability, book sessions, complete forms, and receive reminders.

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be subject to a fee.

We prefer the term “growth work.” When appropriate, you may be offered reflective exercises or worksheets to support progress between sessions. Nothing is assigned without discussion or agreement.

A strong therapeutic relationship matters. We encourage you to ask questions, share concerns, and notice how you feel during sessions. Therapy works best when you feel safe, heard, and supported.

We work with adults (18+) and couples from diverse backgrounds. Our approach is culturally responsive, inclusive, and affirming.

Turnaround times vary depending on complexity, current caseload, and the nature of the request.
